1 statement a day

- Every row checked
- No account needed
- 10 file conversions a day (CSV, QBO, OFX, QIF, IIF)
A bank statement converter that checks its own work. Drop a PDF statement and get Excel, CSV or a QuickBooks file in seconds, with every row matched to the balance your bank printed.
Demo mode: the conversion engine isn't connected yet, so only CSV downloads work.
The flagged rows are highlighted below. This usually means a page is missing from the PDF, the bank printed a fee or interest line in an unusual place, or a figure was misread. Compare those rows with your PDF. If our reading is wrong, send us the statement. We'll fix it, and it won't count against your allowance.
| Date | Description | Amount | Balance | Checked |

The one you downloaded from online banking. Most US, UK, Canadian, Australian and New Zealand banks work, multi-page statements included.
We add each transaction to the opening balance and compare it with the balance your bank printed. Rows that agree get a tick; the rest are flagged.
Pick the format your tool reads. You don't need to clean columns or fix dates.

The file converters run in your browser, so the file never leaves your computer. Free for 10 files a day.

Any bank whose statement is a text PDF (the kind you download from online banking) in the US, UK, Canada, Australia or New Zealand. If a layout doesn't convert cleanly, send it to us; we add support and it won't count against your allowance.
Most statements print a running balance. We start from the opening balance, add each transaction, and confirm we land on the balance the bank printed. When every row agrees, nothing was missed, duplicated or misread. Rows that don't agree are flagged so you know exactly where to look.
We check the total against the opening and closing balances instead, and tell you which kind of check was done.
Not yet. Scanned statement support is coming soon. Meanwhile, send us the file and we'll convert it for you.
Yes. The file converters turn CSV, Excel, QBO, QFX, OFX, QIF and IIF files into any of the others, in your browser, so nothing is uploaded. Free for 10 files a day.
No. Your first statement each day is free without one. You only create an account (email only, no password) if you subscribe.
Files are encrypted, deleted 60 minutes after upload, never shared and never used to train models. We never ask for your bank login.
Yes. In QuickBooks Online go to Bank transactions, open the Link account dropdown, select Upload from file and choose the .qbo file. In QuickBooks Desktop use File, then Utilities, then Import, then Web Connect Files.
Yes, from your account page in two clicks. Monthly plans are billed month to month, with no 12-month commitment hidden behind a monthly price. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
It's refunded to your allowance automatically. If you'd still like the file, send the statement to help@unclip.online and a person will convert it.
OL-222 means QuickBooks Desktop couldn't read the file, most often because of a special character such as an ampersand. Our files escape these characters. If you still see an error, write to us and we'll sort it out with you.
