Some rows don't add up to the printed balance
The flagged rows are highlighted below. This usually means a page is missing from the PDF, the bank printed a fee or interest line in an unusual place, or a figure was misread. Compare those rows with your PDF. If our reading is wrong, send us the statement. We'll fix it, and it won't count against your allowance.

Why convert to OFX
OFX (Open Financial Exchange) is what banks use for downloadable statements. Unlike CSV, it carries the currency, the statement period and a unique ID for each transaction, so accounting software can import it without asking you to map columns.

Questions
Is OFX the same as QFX?
Almost. QFX is Quicken's variant of OFX. Most versions of Quicken import our OFX file directly.
Which currency will the file use?
The statement's currency, detected from the PDF: USD, GBP, CAD, AUD or NZD.
Should I use OFX or CSV for Xero?
Either works. OFX imports without any column mapping, so it's usually quicker.
